The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Monday, November 13 reveals Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will disappoint Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) once again.
Also coming up, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will put her mother on blast. Plus, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will consider returning to Newman Enterprises. And Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will receive a surprising invitation from Claire Grace (Hayley Erin).
Y&R spoilers tease At Crimson Lights, Nick will tell Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) that Victor finally admitted to everyone the game he was playing. “Nate’s the traitor.” Sharon will say she can’t believe it but Nick will say he sure does. She’ll tell Nick it must be a mess at Newman. “So what’s Victor’s plan to clean it up?” And Nick will say he needs to talk to her about that. “You’re considering going back, aren’t you?” Sharon will ask. He’ll admit he is but he doesn’t want to leave her in the lurch.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Nikki Can’t Believe Victoria Trusts Nate
At Newman Media, Victoria will storm into Nikki’s office. “I bet dad has a lot to celebrate, after deceiving all of us, but not you,” she’ll say to Nikki. “Dad exploited our concerns and our fears for what? A trap? And you, you just let him do it!” Victoria will add that she understands why Nikki didn’t trust Adam, or even Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic). “But you still do?” Nikki will ask. “He practically had your father already put away.”
Nikki will tell Victoria she hopes her eyes have been opened. “You understand you can never trust Nate, right?” she’ll ask. Then she’ll ask where things stand now with Nate. But Claire will interrupt, saying she got a call and it’s an emergency, and Victoria will leave. “My aunt fell in her house and she broke her arm.” Claire will say she needs to go to Oregon for a few days and Nikki will tell her it’s not a problem.
Then she’ll admit there’s something else she should tell her. “Aunt Jordan is your biggest fan,” Claire will gush. “It’s kind of adorable really. Aunt Jordan has no doubt that having you as a boss is the best thing that’s ever happened to me.” Nikki will tell her assistant she’s going to visit her sister in California this weekend and Oregon is on the way. “Why don’t I give you a ride on the Newman jet?” Claire will ask if there’s a chance she could stop in and meet her aunt. “I suppose I could but it would just be for a little bit,” Nikki will reply and Claire will thank her.
Meanwhile, Adam will walk into Victor’s office, looking for answers. “Nate’s out, you want Nick to come back and work for Newman Enterprises, so where does that leave me?” But Victor will say he hasn’t decided yet. He’ll say he’s happy that Adam didn’t betray him and protected him instead. “Since you have been straight with me,” Adam will reply. “I’m going to be straight with you too.” And he’ll admit his change of heart was all a lie. He was angry and hurt and wanted revenge. Victor will say he had his suspicions.

“I wanted to be a member of this family, I wanted to truly fit in,” Adam will tell him. “But instead I held onto the anger and hurt.” However, when Victor started displaying disturbing behavior, it all changed. “The only thing I could think about was trying to protect you,” Adam will say. “I haven’t had the time with you that Nicholas and Victoria have had, so I wasn’t ready to lose you.”
Victor will ask if he’s upset about the trap he set. “No, I actually think it was masterful and it was warranted,” he’ll reply. But Adam will ask happens to him now. “At the very least, I deserve Nate’s position.” However, Victor will say he and Victoria need to work out their differences first. Plus, he needs to know where Nick stands. “So I’m always going to be third in line to the throne?” Adam will ask. “Nicholas and Victoria will always outrank me, no matter how many times I prove myself to you.”
Finally, Nikki will bring Victor up to speed on Claire’s situation and how she’s going to drop her off in Oregon and meet her aunt on the way to California to surprise her sister. But she wonders if she should go at all. Victor will tell her a trip will be good for her, she needs the rest. And Claire will walk down the stairs at the GCAC, with a menacing look in her eyes.
