The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Thursday, March 31 suggests Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will be stunned by Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) edict.

Also coming up, Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) will tell his wife he wants Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) to get what he deserves. Plus, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will ask for Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) help. And Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will put Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) on blast.

Y&R spoilers tease Victor will treat Michael and Lauren Fenmore (Tracey E. Bregman) to lunch. Lauren will tell Victor Michael’s done working for him but her husband won’t agree. He wants to take Ashland down. Victor will ask him to find a loophole in the Newman Locke merger contract. After Victor leaves, Michael will tell Lauren he thought about three things when he was locked up. Coming home to her and then celebrating with his family. “And seeing to it that Locke reaps everything he’s sown.”

In LA, Jack will ask Allie Nguyen (Kelsey Wang) if she in on it. “I don’t even know what this is,” Allie will respond. Then Jack will tell her the woman isn’t Taylor, she’s Diane Jenkins and she shouldn’t be there. “That woman died. That woman was buried. And believe it or not, she was mourned.” Diane will tell Jack it’s good to see him, she’s hoping they can start over. However, Jack will say there is no forgiveness for her. Allie won’t want any part of it and she’ll leave, with Jack behind her. But before he goes, he’ll take one last jab at Diane. “You are and will always be, poison.”

At Crimson Lights, Billy will confide to Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) that Ashland was never sick. “What an insult to anyone who’s had cancer,” Lily will respond. They’ll run into Nick and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), who will tell them Victoria is handling it. Nikki will leave but Nick will ask Billy if he’ll talk to Victoria for him. “If you do this favor for her I will never forget it.” Billy doubts there’s anything he can say that’ll change Victoria’s mind. But Nick still thinks Billy is their best shot.

Meanwhile, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will ask Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) if he’s heard anything more from his father. But he’ll say he hasn’t and should probably seek his father out. However, Victor will show up and ask to speak with Adam alone. Adam will tell him Sally knows everything, so he’ll let her stay. Victor will tell them Victoria has a plan.

“What are we supposed to do, just sit by and let her bury us deeper?” Adam will ask Victor. “Do you really think you can trust Victoria to do what’s right for Newman?” Then Victoria will call Victor. She wants to see he and Adam in her office. When they arrive, Nick and Nikki will already be there. “Ashland is leaving for Tuscany tonight,” she’ll tell them. “And I’m going with him.” Nikki and Nick will be stunned and Victor will ask what her plan is.

However, Victoria will once again just ask them to trust her. “All right,” Victor will say. “While Victoria is gallivanting around the Tuscany countryside with her husband, I am appointing Adam as temporary CEO of Newman Enterprises.” Victoria will balk and say she can handle things from Tuscany. She’s sorry for the misunderstanding. “There’s no misunderstanding,” Victor will reply. “It is what I want.”
