The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Friday, June 10 suggests Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will come up with a plan to ensnare Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).
Also coming up, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James), Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will get ready for the launch party. Plus, Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpi) will get bad news. And Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will tell Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) she can count on him.
Y&R spoilers tease Billy will pull Lily aside during a launch meeting. “I don’t like the way things ended last night,” he’ll say. She’ll tell him it’s not the time and the place for that. But once they get to The Grand Phoenix, they’ll finally come to an agreement. She’ll tell him he can’t fix Victoria’s life and Billy will say he loves and trusts her. “I would be the world’s biggest fool if I didn’t listen to you.”
Y&R Daily Scoop – Nick Tells Victoria She Has His Support
At Crimson Lights, Imani Benedict (Leigh Ann Rose) will grin as she watches Elena walk in, yawning. Elena will approach Imani and Amanda Sinclair’s (Mishael Morgan) table and Imani will tell her she’s sure Nate would understand if she didn’t make it to the party. “You look exhausted.”
Elena will narrow her eyes and say she’s looking forward to the launch and she’ll be there. But later, she’ll get a phone call and tell Nate two doctors called in sick and she has to work an extra shift. Nate will tell her he understands and they’ll celebrate later.
Meanwhile, Victoria will pack up her desk at Newman Enterprises. Nick will arrive and tell her he’s not going to try to talk her out of it. But he’s afraid she’s going to leave and he’ll never see her again. Victoria will say she wishes Nick understood why she’s making this move. Nick will say he hopes it works out the way she wants it to but he’s worried. “This is my life now and I choose Ashland,” she’ll tell her brother. “Are you going to support me now?” “Of course I will,” Nick will reply and they’ll embrace.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Nikki Will Suggest She Steps Down
Finally, Victor and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will go over how worried they are about Victoria. Victor will say they just have to let it play out. But Nikki will get teary-eyed and say she doesn’t think she can do it. Then Victor will come up with an idea. He’ll say Victoria knows her family would welcome her back with open arms. “But that does not apply to the company.”
He’ll tell Nikki he’s going to make a very splashy announcement as to who will run the company as CEO. “And that new CEO will be her brother Adam.” He’ll say once Victoria finds out Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is running the business it will be too much for her to bear. Victor will tell Nikki she should remain as co-CEO. But Nikki will suggest she step down and resume her COO job. “That way, I can keep an eye on things without diluting your decision.” But how will Adam feel once he finds out Victor is using him as bait to reel in Victoria?
