The General Hospital (GH) preview for Friday, December 29 hints Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) doesn’t want Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) to miss the opportunity of a lifetime.
Also coming up, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will apologize to Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison). Plus, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will question Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). And Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) will continue to push Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCierco).
GH spoilers tease Nina will be stunned, when Cyrus admits she made her confession to him, not a priest. “What are you planning to do with what you know?” she asks him in the GH sneak peek. But will Cyrus blackmail her, or tell Nina she needs to come clean with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard)?

Meanwhile, Lois was angry when she found out that Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) is taking the rap for the phone call to the SEC. So, she asked Olivia who she was protecting and why. But Olivia won’t tell her. “Please just accept that and move on,” she’ll say to her friend.
Over with Alexis, who promised Gregory she would help him complete his bucket list. But when it comes to jumping out of an airplane, she may regret her promise. “I’m sorry Gregory, please forgive me,” she’ll say. So, is Alexis going to back out at the last minute?

General Hospital Preview – Trina Torn About Leaving Port Charles
Finally, before their New Year’s Eve date, Spencer will notice a letter for Trina that could change their future. It’s an invitation to go to the Sorbonne in Paris to study art for a semester. Of course, Trina will tell him she’s torn about leaving Port Charles.
“You have to go, you have to do this!” Spencer will tell his girlfriend. But will he offer to go with her?
