The Bold And The Beautiful (B&B) scoop for Tuesday, January 27 reveals Finn (Tanner Novlan) and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will be confronted by Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown).
Also coming up, Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint Victor) will woo Katie Logan (Heather Tom) during a soaker of a storm.
B&B spoilers tease heavy rain will hit the LA area, as Katie and Carter share their first date. As viewers are aware, Carter recently came through for Katie in several big ways. When Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) begged her for another chance and wouldn’t take no for an answer, she texted Carter, who showed up to rescue her.

He also supported Katie while she got the results of her cardiogram from Dr. Grace Buckingham (Cassandra Creech). Although she told her sister she wanted to go it alone, Carter showed up anyway, to show her his love and support.

On Tuesday, the rainstorm will definitely be an inconvenience for Katie and Carter. But it won’t stop them from enjoying their date. Carter will sweet talk Katie over candlelight, and she’ll delight in his attentions.
Meanwhile, Steffy and Finn also tried to partake in some romance. They had the house to themselves, until they were rudely interrupted by a surprise visit from his birth mother. The storm was raging outside on Monday, and Sheila took full advantage and turned off the electricity to the cliff house.

So, when Steffy and Finn heard the door open while they were making out on the couch, they turned and were shocked to see Sheila standing in the doorway. Of course, Steffy was frantic when she spotted the villain. “Oh my God – Sheila!” she screamed.
On Tuesday, Finn will jump into action. He’ll stand in front of his frightened wife and confront his biological mother. He’ll ask her why she broke into their house and what she wants. And rumor has it, Sheila’s answer will surprise them both.
