The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Monday, April 11 suggests Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) is heading to Genoa City.
Also coming up, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will have an emotional meeting with Allie Nguyen (Kelsey Want). Plus, Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) set a wedding date. And Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will make an on-the-spot decision.
Y&R spoilers tease Mariah and Tessa will tell their family they’re getting married on May 13th, of this year. Rey will point out it’s a Friday. “I think getting married on Friday the 13th says we’re fearless,” Mariah will say. Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) will tell Teriah he’s come up with a theme – 70s glam, which they’ll love. “If you guys expect me to come dressed up as Ziggy Stardust for your wedding, I’m probably going to be busy that day,” Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will joke.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Rey’s Heading To Chicago With Chelsea
Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will ask about food. Rey will suggest fondue but Nick will say it’s messy. Then Nick and Sharon will talk about a 70s theme party they attended. And once again, Rey will feel like an outsider. Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) will arrive. She wanted to talk to Rey about the hockey game in Chicago. But she’ll apologize for interrupting and bolt to the patio.
Rey will follow her and say he’s not good at wedding planning anyway. She’ll tell him there’s been a change in plans. Her business meeting was cancelled, so she can go to the game in Chicago. However, she got another ticket so he can go too. Rey will say he doesn’t want to interrupt her mother-son time with Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) but Chelsea will say he’s got it all wrong. Connor wants him there. Rey will look back and see Sharon chatting with Nick. “I’d be happy to go with you,” he’ll tell a pleased Chelsea.
Meanwhile, Allie will meet with Jack and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) at the LA restaurant and she’ll have a confession to make. She went to see Diane. “I wanted to hear a different side of the story about the Abbotts,” she’ll say. Allie will also tell Jack she was struck by how much Diane loves Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). Jack will tell her Diane is all about herself. She’ll get a text and tell Jack it’s Diane. He and Phyllis will warn her this is what Diane does. “That won’t be possible,” Allie will respond. Then she’ll get up to leave. But first, she’ll embrace Jack.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Jack Tells Diane To Leave Allie Alone
After Allie leaves, Jack will tell Phyllis he can’t believe Diane is dragging his granddaughter into this mess. “But nobody tells Diane what to do, nobody does,” Phyllis will say. “Wanna bet?” Jack will reply. They’ll show up at Diane’s door. He’ll tell her to leave Allie alone. When she asks when he’s going to tell Kyle she’s alive, Jack will make the mistake of telling Diane that Kyle is coming home to Genoa City.
“I will give him your contact information and it will be up to him, only him, to decide whether to reach out to you,” Jack will say. After they leave, Phyllis will say they should probably discuss how they’re going to tell everyone back home that Diane is alive. “Considering half of the population there wanted to kill her.” But it looks like Diane will beat them to the punch. Back at her place, she’ll place a phone call. “Yes, I would like the next available flight from Los Angeles to Genoa City.”
