The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for the week of August 1 suggests Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will demand his father come clean.
Also coming up this week, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will hold another mean girls meeting. Plus, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will taunt Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). And Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) will team up with Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart).
Y&R spoilers tease Nikki and Phyllis will update Ashley on their progress, or lack thereof, in getting rid of Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters). So far, they haven’t been able to find any damning evidence on what their nemesis was up to in Los Angeles. So, Phyllis will explain that they’ve decided to look for dirt on Diane in Genoa City.
Y&R Weekly Scoop – Chance Knows Something Is Off
Meanwhile, Chance and Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) will have a confab at Crimson Lights about Ashland Locke’s (Robert Newman) untimely passing. Because apparently there’s no longer an actual police station in town.
Regardless, Chance knows something is off about Ashland’s death and he’ll be determined to get to the bottom of it. “Locke’s death might be more complicated than we first thought,” Chance will tell Kevin. But will they uncover any new clues?
Other Y&R spoilers tease Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) and Allie Nguyen (Kelsey Wang) will discuss their families. Plus, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will interrogate Nick. And Diane will continue to sweet talk Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).
Young And The Restless Scoop – The Mustache Has A Bad Week
Finally, Victor will have himself a pretty bad week, filled with confrontations and accusations. First up will be Adam, who will cancel his flight to Vegas after running into Chance. “You got your happy ending, you wanted Locke gone and he’s gone,” Adam says to his father in the Y&R weekly preview. “But that was just a crazy coincidence, wasn’t it?”
The Mustache will then face some tough questions from Nick. “You’re hiding something,” he’ll say. “I’m asking you one more time to be honest and tell me what happened.” But instead of being truthful, Victor will get angry. “You think I give a damn that Ashland Locke is dead?!” he’ll shout at his son. “No one cares about it. No one!” But will Victor ever come clean with Nick about what really happened to Ashland?
