The General Hospital (GH) scoop for the week of October 26 hints Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) twin sister will threaten her life.
Also coming up this week, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will warn Maxie Jones (Kristen Storms) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will confide in Jasper Jax (Ingo Rademacher). Plus, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) comes through and Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) tries to get through to his wife.
In the GH preview for Monday, Dante has a warning for Maxie. It will be about her impending nuptials to Peter August (Wes Ramsay). “I think you’re making a big mistake,” he will tell her. Around the same time, Peter will receive a phone call and tell the person on the other end he can start as early as tomorrow.

Over with Carly, who will tell Jax about what she thought she saw at the cemetery. Viewers recently witnessed Carly’s delusion of Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) trying to pull Carly into her grave with her! She’ll tell Jax she’s worried about her current state of mind.

Meanwhile, Nikolas has already told Ava that for a marriage of convenience, he’s been having some inconvenient feelings. After an enjoyable day together, he’ll try to show Ava Jerome (Maura West) that they could make their marriage work.
Other spoilers indicate Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will have a blunt conversation with Julian Jerome (William deVry). She will tell him, in no uncertain terms, he’s the reason she’s an alcoholic. And Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will admonish Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) for keeping her in the dark.

Finally, Anna will continue to try to find out more about Peter. Will she figure out he’s actually Alex’s son? And Alex will make another attempt to kill her sister. However, it looks like Valentin may save Anna.
He’s already tried to advise Anna to kill Alex before her sister kills her. But she is loathe to do so. Is he going to suggest a similar plan and will she go along with Valentin this time?
