The Bold And The Beautiful (B&B) scoop reveals Scott Clifton’s (Liam Spencer) mother couldn’t stop laughing after she watched Liam’s reaction to the truth about that kiss.
Clifton shared a voice mail on Twitter that his mother left him, directly after she watched Friday’s episode of B&B. Liam had just found out from Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) that she didn’t kiss Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson). What he actually saw was Thomas kissing the Hope mannequin.
“I just finished watching Bold And Beautiful. The expression on your face,” she says, laughing uncontrollably. “Okay, okay okay, when…okay, when Hope, when it finally sinks in that maybe he was kissing the mannequin, anyway…” and more laughter.

Clifton posted: “I was filming a dramatic scene, but…thanks?” One of his co-stars, Katherine Kelly Lang, who plays Brooke Forrester, responded with a litany of laughing emoticons.

Fans also enjoyed the voice mail. “The snort at 19 seconds,” one fan commented. “That’s great,” another fan said. “And good for you for having a mother that’s supports you. And yes I know your not Liam you are doing a job and you are great at it.”
Another viewer mentioned how moms can always ground us. “Nobody can take you down a peg or two better that your mom…always with love and pride, of course,” the fan commented.

As for Clifton, he knows viewers aren’t exactly big fans of Liam these days. On Friday, he posted this on Twitter: “For the record: OF COURSE I want to choke Liam as much as y’all do. He’s become a terrible person.
“But my job is to find a way to motivate and humanize Liam’s choices. I can’t change the story our writers want to tell; I can only try my best to make it evocative and real.” And Clifton certainly does an amazing job, something on which we all can agree.
